By logging in, you declare that you are an adult and have legal capacity, and you commit that you will not allow the use of your information and your password by minors or persons incompetent. By placing your order, we consider that you have read, understood and expressly and unconditionally agreed to the terms and conditions of operation of our online store, which are described in detail below, as well as in the Privacy Policy section. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please contact us before proceeding with your order.

You are able to access most areas of the website without registering your details. However, there are certain areas of the website that can only be accessed by registering. We may modify all or part of these terms of use from time to time without notice to you.
You should therefore check the terms frequently so that you are aware of your existing rights and obligations at any given time. Remaining and using the website after any changes have been previously published in the Terms of Use constitutes binding acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.
Of course, any modification or change does not apply and does not affect the orders already placed for execution. Whenever the Terms of Use are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately stop using the website www.petcreations.gr.

PetCreations reserves the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue part or all of its services, without any notice, at its sole discretion.

Create a Personal Account (MY ACCOUNT)

In order to access certain services, PetCreations requests user information in order to issue a relevant password. The above data must always be true, accurate, valid and complete.
If you are a member of the PetCreations Club, you already have a password in your profile, therefore also a personal account “MY ACCOUNT” in the PetCreations e-shop, as long as the same password is valid. If you are not a member of the PetCreations Club, we recommend that you open a personal account in the e-shop, because registered users have the following benefits:

• To proceed with product orders
• To save their favorite products in the wish list
• To save the shipping address in the address book, to complete the payment process faster
• To have access to all information about their orders and their order returns

Users are responsible for all operations carried out with the password and are required to immediately notify PetCreations of any unauthorized use thereof and of any (even potential) security breach.

These details are not disclosed by PetCreations to third parties, except for the cases described in the “Privacy Policy” section. PetCreations is not responsible for any harm or damage that may arise from the arbitrary or illegal use of the password by third parties, due to its leakage, or for any other reason and reserves the right to request the payment of compensation from the user, in case he suffers any kind of damage from the arbitrary or illegal use of the password.
PetCreations is entitled at any time to refuse to grant a password, or to cancel a password it has already given, or to terminate the provision of these services to the user and to refuse any current or future use of the websites, in case of violation of the Terms of Use.

Changing “MY ACCOUNT” Details
You can update your account information at any time. Log in to ‘My Account’ (or access it by clicking on your ‘username’ which will appear in the top-right menu of the website) and select the ‘Edit Account’ field. You can modify your personal information and then save your changes.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot your password” link. Enter the email address you registered with and you will receive an email with your new password.

Newsletter

The Newsletter informs you about promotional actions, but also about interesting topics related to PetCreations. You can register when you open your personal account, but also from the bottom menu of the main page, selecting the field “sign up for our news”.
You can unsubscribe by selecting “unsubscribe” at the end of any newsletter you receive, or by sending an email to [email protected].

Caveats

PetCreations cannot guarantee the availability of the displayed products. However, it is committed to promptly informing users of their unavailability.

The products sold through the website www.PetCreations.gr are intended exclusively for purchase and personal use by their pets. Customers of our online store are not allowed to resell products. PetCreations makes every effort to present the products on the website as accurately as possible. However, in some cases there may be color deviations or errors. Color deviations from the actual product are inevitable due to the different display medium or user’s screen. We reserve the right to correct any errors, or change the page at any time, without prior notice.

Prices

• The listed prices of the products displayed on the website include VAT.
• The various product offers are valid while stocks last.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.
• The retail prices listed in the e-shop are the same as the retail prices in the PetCreations store.
